Bone repair

Posted by Botanica West

Tags: bone health

Poor bone density is a real problem as we age especially during menopause and many of the medical treatments can really do a job on the digestive system. It seems the medical treatment can cause more damage to the body then the poor bone density itself!

The first thing we do in our clinic is that we address the hormone imbalance itself. We have a hormone replacement specialist for bio identical hormone replacement therapy H.R.T. here on staff at the Botanica west. If you choose to use herbals which are less expensive and doesn’t require blood tests, we have a Chinese Acupuncturist and Native American Iridologist / Herbalist on staff as well. Read more »

Foot and toenail fungus home remedies

Posted by Botanica West

Tags: foot fungus

We sell a full foot and toenail fungus protocol that works very well, and in  hard times like these days,  its nice to know there is a home remedy that can control and give real relief to even the most difficult cases. Now the important thing is to be consistent. You need to soak your feet nightly for two weeks straight and apply the salve every night at bedtime as well. Read more »

Once a month when I consolidate the mess in my fridge I’ll make a load of veggie mass.

What is veggie mass you ask?

Its kind if like a veggie meat/loaf/ protein replacement. You can fill taquitos

with it, make vegetable loaf, veggie burgers, tostada topping, stuff cabbage

and grape leaves you name it. And it’s inexpensive. Read more »
